Ab Juup Oy [jäljempänä “Yritys”], business ID: 3099090-6, address: Varsakuja 10, 20380 Turku, Finland; sells products to companies and individuals in the EU. These delivery terms are suitable for ordering products in our online store as well as for similar deliveries such as e.g. direct sales.

These delivery terms are valid from 1.4.2021. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.

Products and product prices

The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the prices in question from the shopping cart before accepting the order. The prices of the products include VAT, which appears in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. In the case of direct sales, the company is required to provide a breakdown of the total costs and the amount of taxes.

Shipping costs

The delivery costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method, and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order. In the case of direct sales, the company is obliged to present a breakdown of the total costs, which the customer accepts in a separate message.

Ordering and contract

You can order products on the website of our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to read and agree to our current delivery terms. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed, is binding and creates an agreement between us with these terms of delivery, except as set forth below in the Terms of Right of Cancellation. In the case of direct sales, the company is otherwise obliged to present or submit valid terms for the customer to read.

Payment and payment methods

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available in the shopping cart. In direct sales, the only possible payment method is invoicing, which may also be subject to a billing surcharge, cash transactions will not be accepted.

The payment intermediary for the online store is Verifone Finland Oy (business ID 0943819-9), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Visma Pay forwards payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction.

The transaction is created between the online store customer and the online store provider. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store.

Through the Verifone payment service, you can pay with online banking IDs, wallets, payment cards (credit / debit). The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments to pay for the application settings. Payments made with MobilePay will be charged to the debit card attached to the wallet. If the debit of the payment card transaction fails, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online store.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email showing the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered, so please enter your email address when you place your order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used. As a customer, you always agree to the valid delivery terms. If for any unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. In direct sales, the order is confirmed once the invoice has been paid.

Method of delivery

We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you choose in connection with your order. Stove orders in Finland are primarily delivered by Suomen Kaukokiito Oy. Small deliveries are primarily delivered by Posti.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland are 14-34 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More detailed times will be announced in connection with the product options. We deliver products on weekdays. Delivery will begin after successful payment confirmation.

Right of cancellation and return policy

If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the product or the last batch of the products,   if the product is regularly delivered, receiving the first batch of products. In addition to this, we offer a fifty (50) day satisfaction guarantee for the stoves and selected products, during which you have the right to return the product and receive a full refund of the price of the product.

The cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example, on our cancellation form, in the e-mail below or in the written notice you provided with the returned product.

The right of return only applies to unused   well-packaged products. Returned products must be in the original packaging. Products under the Satisfaction guarantee may be used, but otherwise in a resale condition. The right of cancellation, return or satisfaction warranty does not apply to custom-made or custom-made products, unless they show manufacturing defects.

If the transaction is canceled, the product must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been given to the return address below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the product have been returned on time, for example with a return receipt. The returner must pay the cost of the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.

When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information and account number for a refund.

Accordingly, we will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Delivery check, error and problem situations

Please check delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order or is defective, please report it to our customer service as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days and we will agree on how to get the error fixed. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act for errors.

Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential or other damages related to the order, delivery or product, or for any of the above, except as otherwise required by a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law for such damage.


We will endeavor to settle any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our customer service in the first instance to arrange the matter.

If the dispute concerning the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice of the Local Register Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
